SPECIFICATION
Gas fired central heating.
A generous electrical specification is included with each property including chrome switches, sockets and halogen downlights, TV points and telephone points.
External lighting to the private and communal entrances and lighting in the car parking areas.
Fire alarm and smoke alarms will be installed.
Apartments to have audio entry system at communal entrance.
The apartments will have wall and floor tiling to the kitchen area and bathroom.
The remaining floor areas will be carpeted.
Internal communal areas will have carpeted stairways and floors.
AMENDMENTS
Alterations to the layout are not available due to the build programme, although purchasers will have the opportunity to choose kitchen fittings and wall tiling from the designated suppliers, unless otherwise already ordered.
A final selection date will be advised at the time of reservation.
