SPECIFICATION

to receive a painted finish.
There will be some floor finishes included with laminate floors

Each property will hold a 10 year NHBC warranty commencing from
practical completion. AMENDMENTS
Alterations to layouts are not available due to the build
programme, although purchasers will have the opportunity to
choose kitchen fittings and wall tiling from the designated
suppliers unless already ordered. A final selection date will
