Amendments
Alterations to layouts are not available due to the build program, although purchasers will have the opportunity to choose kitchen fittings and wall tiling from the designated suppliers unless already ordered. A final selection date will be advised at the time of reservation. The Developers will be pleased to quote for extras if required. Payment for any extras is payable in full prior to commencement and is not refundable in the event of the buyer withdrawing. Our clients reserve the right to amend the plans and specification without prior notice.

Tenure
The tenure of each property will be leasehold. A management company will be set up to provide for the long term maintenance and management of the development.
